Anzac weekend

A few days before we left to go camping for the Anzac Day long weekend with the Douglas' our new plush Bordeaux pocket spring/latex bed arrived. Oh the torture of leaving our new bed for our camping mattress for three days! No it wasn't that bad, but our new bed is like sleeping on a cloud and we have a lot of trouble keeping the kids out now!

This is a stick-up, I mean, smoothie!

We all camped at Munna Point, Noosa next to the river. It rained on the first day but that didn't stop all 12 kids having a great time! Fine weather followed and remained and we enjoyed swimming, canoeing and fishing for the rest of the weekend. We all loved Noosa; such a beautiful place!

The Douglas' tarp turned into a Slip'n'Slide.

Cosy and warm.

Day 2.

Day 3

April 2010

What's not to love about April?! Easter, holidays, fun, chocolate, my birthday, presents and spoiling! Doesn't get much better!
Jordan won this giant bunny in the local newsagent's Easter colouring competition!
Daddy, stop stealing the Easter eggs!
Working out the egg count with Nanny and Poppy.

We have been taking advantage of the gorgeous Autumn weather with lots of afternoon picnics in the park.

Pleeeeease, can we play soccer now?

It's a hard life!

March 2010

March was full of birthday parties. Mum and L share their birthday and they were almost joined by the newest edition to the family Estelle's little Sofia, but she was born just after midnight on the 5th. L is now 15 and aviation crazy so his presents all reflected this passion.

Happy St Patrick's Day! J's class performed a Irish themed dance at the school and Adam cooked us up some disgusting looking but delicious GREEN porridge!

Because our birthday's are 43 days apart, Adam and I divided the time in between and had a few parties with our family and friends to celebrate our 40th's. It was great!
