This week we think J had the Swine flu. He didn't need to go to the doctor so he wasn't tested but we found out that a friend had the same symptoms and tested positive on Friday. The poor little guy was a very good patient, recovered quickly and now he is perfectly fine.
I have to say that for those people without pre-existing conditions the Swine flu seems no worse than your garden variety flu if not better and with a faster recovery. Interestingly none of us are sick, touch wood and whistle!

T had an interesting experience with a spider across our back door; what would be the chances! Luckily he stopped just in time! Imagine if some other people in the house (who shall remain nameless) had gone out at night. The second picture shows what COULD have been!

E's football team won again, this time against The Gap, (supposedly) one of the top BJL teams, 6-0. The boys were all very happy and played exceptionally well. That's 11 games straight undefeated.
Here is a photo A took of L at the Intercollegiate Golf Tournament at Royal Pines Golf Course on the Gold Coast. (Can you see the ball!) It was the perfect day for a game of golf and L was very happy with his score.
